Day 1.
Istanbul to Cappadocia
Welcome to Istanbul. Upon your
arrival , you will depart for
Kayseri, where you will meet and
transferred to your Hotel. Enjoy a
special massage service in the
Museum Hotel’s Massage Terrace or go
for a gentle walk in the streets of
Uchisar before dinner in Lil’a
restaurant where the mouthwatering
foods blend with great view of
Cappadocia and perfect ambiance of
the restaurant. Along the dinner you
can chose wine from Lil’a
restaurants selected wine Menu.

Day 2.
Cappadocia
Cappadocia is a unique place because
of its nature and its effect on the
region’s history and geography.
Fairy Chimneys, volcanic rock
formations and human settlements
have created the sculpted curves of
Cappadocia.

Visit to Goreme Open Air Museum
where you will explore cave churches
and monasteries in what has been
designated a UNESCO World Heritage.
>>
One of the two largest fascinating
multilevel underground cities,
namely Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, a
unique feature of this region.
>>
After having lunch in the village,
we continue on our way and finally
arrive in the Soganli Valley, with
its many Byzantine period rock tombs,
enjoying a leisurely hike and
exploring the Armenian architectural
style rock carved churches and
monastery ruins. This valley is also
known as the ‘Valley of Dolls’.

The next stop will be the Byzantine
Keslik Monastery. We continue to
Mustafapasha (Sinasos), renowned for
its excellent Ottoman and Greek
architecture. Then, we will stop in
one of the picturesque valley on the
way back to our hotel and have wine
cocktail while sun goes down.

Day 3.
Cappadocia
Earl morning Balloon Ride
over valleys of Cappadocia adorned
with rock formations, fairy chimneys
and natural beauty. Flight starts
before sunrise and it will finish
around 09:00.

After breakfast, explore the effects
of the region on the “kitchen”. We
will have cooking demonstrations
from the award winner chief of Lil’a
Restaurant for some insider tips.
You will collect vegetables from
Museum Hotel’s organic garden.

With the lunch you will have
opportunity to taste some red or
white wine s from the region and
after that, you will depart for
visiting their winery and taste
their some other wine s.

Horse riding in the valleys,
visiting thousands years old
vineyards and then town of Avanos,
renowned mainly for its pottery work
but also famous for its home-made
wines.
>>
We will see famous pottery artisans
in their traditional rock carved
workshops. All Avanos locals have
their own wines and after here, we
will drive to meet one of those
families.
>>
We will be their guests for a short
time to taste their home-made wines.
In the evening, you will watch
Whirling Dervish Ceremony as a great
memory of Cappadocia

Day 4.
Cappadocia – Izmir
>>
After Breakfast, we will transfer to
Kayseri Airport for flight to Izmir.
>>
Visit one of the famous local
wineries and taste their famous
wines. Rest of the day is at your
leisure in Kusadasi, or Bird Island,
which is a lovely port built along
the shores of a glittering bay. The
terraced town overlooks the most
beautiful inlet of the Aegean and
seems to have been created purely
for the delight of the holidaymaker.

Day 5.
Ephesus
>>
Full day tour of Ephesus, the best-preserved
and restored ancient city in Turkey,
which is known to be the Commercial,
the Religious and the Social Center
of Antiquity. Begin our day with a
visit to The Temple of Artemis, one
of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient
World. Continue and explore the
ancient city of Ephesus with its
Great Theatre with a capacity of
24.000 spectators and Celsus Library,
the Fountains of Trajan, the Temple
of Hadrian and Domition, and Private
Houses, the Basilica of St. John and
the nearby Archaeological Museum

Visit the winery belonging one of
the well-known Turkish wine
companies to taste their delicious
wine s. The House of the Virgin Mary,
where she spent her final days will
be our next stop.

At the end of the trip, we will have
a break in the Sirince village,
where you can taste the home-made
fruit wines…
